TOTALLY WELL. is a holistic lymphatic care clinic located at the Easy T Centre in Robina on the Gold Coast. We specialise in clinical manual lymphatic drainage, decongestive / complex lymphatic therapy, naturopathic support, massage and myofascial therapy.

Myofascial Therapy
A targeted hands-on treatment that works through the fascia to release tension, improve mobility, and reset the nervous system. Tanya is a dedicated clinical naturopath, manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) & remedial massage therapist, osteopathy student, and mother of three, with nearly two decades of experience in the health industry. She supports clients both in-person and online with gut health, hormones, stress, immunity, and detoxification, working with people locally on the Gold Coast and worldwide. Her journey into natural medicine began with a profound moment - witnessing a client’s Parkinson’s tremors completely stop during a bodywork session - sparking a lifelong pursuit of gentle, non-invasive ways to activate the body’s innate healing capacity.

CLINICAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE, REMEDIAL MASSAGE & DECONGESTIVE LYMPHATIC THERAPIST
Rosario is a highly skilled remedial massage therapist with advanced training in Decongestive Lymphatic Therapy, Structural Integration, and Colon Hydrotherapy. She is accredited by the Australian Natural Therapists Association and brings several years of clinical experience from a chiropractic setting. Specialising in the fascia, lymphatic, and emotional systems, Rosario’s work is grounded in the understanding that stress, trauma, and long-held beliefs can manifest physically through the body and nervous system. Her approach combines technical expertise with a deep sensitivity to the mind–body connection, helping clients release tension and restore balance.
